You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

📝 How to Request a Refund

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for the refund

• Photo(s) of the item, if applicable

Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order separately.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Products returned after the 7-day window

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and (if required) received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
